Strangers.

I knocked at the door. There they were. They showed me in. I sat on the couch but I couldn’t feel the comfort. I talked to them but our eyes didn’t meet. I was there but it seemed I wasn’t supposed to be. I looked around, nowhere could I find myself. I stooped down to put on slippers when a tear dropped heavily on my feet. I realised, I was not missed.
